General terms

1. The promotion
Merlot Mondays is a series of weekly offers available online at naydaya.com from 00:00 on Monday 9 November 2026 to 23:59 on Monday 30 November 2026 (UK time). Each week’s offer, its dates and any conditions are set out in the offer schedule below, which is updated as each offer goes live. Orders are counted by the date and time they’re placed.

2. How the offers work
Offers are applied automatically. No code is needed. Discounted prices are shown on the website and applied at checkout. Offers apply to one-time purchases of NAYDAYA products on naydaya.com. They don’t apply to subscriptions (new or existing), gift cards, or products given away free during the promotion. Any further exclusions are listed in the offer schedule.

3. Combining offers
Merlot Mondays offers can’t be used with any other discount code or promotion, including newsletter and partner codes. Where an offer includes more than one benefit, such as a discount and free delivery, these apply together automatically. Offers can’t be applied to orders placed outside the dates in the offer schedule.

4. Free delivery
Where an offer includes free delivery, this applies to Evri 48 Tracked delivery to UK addresses (including Jersey, Isle of Man, and Guernsey), and Standard Delivery for Ireland. Faster delivery options are charged at the usual rate. At other times, our usual delivery charges apply, including free standard UK delivery on orders over £35, and free standard delivery to Ireland for orders over €70.

5. Free gifts
Where an offer includes a free gift, it’s added to your basket automatically once you reach the spend shown in the offer schedule in a single order. The spend is calculated after any discount, and doesn’t include delivery, subscriptions, gift cards or the gift itself. If your basket drops below the required spend, the gift is removed. One free gift per order, while stocks last. The gift is only added to orders placed through the basket on naydaya.com. Free gifts can’t be exchanged, refunded, or swapped for another product or cash.

6. Subscriptions
Merlot Mondays offers aren’t available on subscriptions. New subscriptions set up during the promotion are charged at our standard subscription price. Subscribers with an active subscription before 28 October 2026 receive 20% off subscription orders processed from 28 October 2026 up to and including 1 December 2026, applied automatically.

7. Limited edition products
Limited edition product bundles are available while stocks last and won’t be restocked once sold out.

8. Returns
Your statutory rights are not affected. Returns follow our usual returns policy, and refunds are made at the price you paid. If you return part of an order that included a free gift, and the items you keep come to less than the qualifying spend, you’ll need to return the gift too.

9. General
Offers are available online at naydaya.com only, not through our stockists. We may withdraw or change the promotion if circumstances outside our reasonable control make it necessary. If we do, we’ll update this page, and any orders already placed will be honoured. Offers are non-transferable and can’t be exchanged for cash or credit.
