Saturday delivery: If it is a Friday and you are looking to have an order delivered on a Saturday, then the best option to choose is Royal Mail Tracked Delivery - 1-2 Days (£4.50). With this service, Royal Mail aims to deliver within 24 hours including Saturdays, whereas our other delivery options do not deliver on weekends.
Sunday delivery: unfortunately, our couriers do not deliver on Sundays.
For Guernsey, Jersey & Isle of Man - please note that only Royal Mail is available for these locations.
Orders placed on bank holidays will be processed the following working day.

You will receive an email when your order is dispatched, containing your tracking number. Following this, the courier will share updates with you directly via email.
Please note, some orders may be split into two deliveries, if this is the case we will contact you and provide tracking numbers for each parcel.
No customs charges will be charged on your delivery to Ireland. The price you pay at checkout will be the full price for the items and their delivery.
Returns from Ireland
Changed your mind? It happens. Please contact our team at info@naydaya.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to arrange a return of unused and unopened products.
As a small business, we're unable to cover the cost of returns. Please always send your return using a tracked service and send our team your proof of postage so we can sort your refund as quickly as we can.
However, if you have an issue with a product and you're unhappy with your product for whatever reason, please get in touch with us at info@naydaya.com and we'll resolve it for you as soon as we can.

Customs on US Orders
Custom charges can occur for orders shipped outside the UK. You will be directly responsible for these payments.
We cannot be responsible for any custom charges, import duties or taxes that may be charged to you, or any shipment that is stopped or disposed of by customs, so we advise you to check with your local customs before making your order.
Long delays can also be caused by custom checks or by international postal services, so our delivery times can only be used as a general guide.

Pre-Orders
When a product is available to pre-order, we always disclose the date we expect the order to ship on the product page. If this date changes after you have placed an order, we will notify you by e-mail.
If your order contains many products, one of which is on pre-order, we will aim to ship all of the other products to you first, followed by your pre-order when it is available. You’ll only be charged for shipping once.

Gifting
We offer the ability to add gift notes to your order. Please add your gift message on the cart page and it will be added to your order.
Subscriptions
If you choose a subscription, the same shipping method will be used as when you placed your first order. If you need a future subscription to be shipped using a faster shipping method, then please let us know before your next charge date and we can adjust this for you. Please mail info@naydaya.com and we’ll take care of this for you.
Lost or missing parcels
If your order has not arrived within the timeframe promised, please contact us at info@naydaya.com and we will help you track down your order.
NAYDAYA cannot be held responsible for delayed delivery caused by any third party, as this is outside of our control.
Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel your order if there is insufficient stock to fulfil your order, if we do not deliver to your area or if an incorrect price was listed in error. Any cancellation will be notified by email and any payment made will be credited back as soon as possible.
We hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase, but if you have any issues, please let us know immediately by emailing us at info@naydaya.com so we can help to resolve any problems. Please include your order number in the email.
Refunds will only be issued when goods are returned to our warehouse, within 14 days of your original order.
We will provide the returns address to you over e-mail. The goods must be returned to us unopened, still intact, unused and in a re-sellable condition. We do not cover the cost of return postage. Please note that if your return gets lost in the post and is not received by us, we will be unable to issue a refund - therefore it is best to return goods by recorded delivery and retain the recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage, so that you are able to track your delivery.
A refund of the original amount will be made once it has been determined that the returned goods are unopened with tamper seals still intact, unused and in a re-sellable condition.
If you return the entire contents of your order, we will refund the full amount including the original shipping cost. If you chose expedited shipping, we will only refund you our standard shipping rate. If you only return part of your order, we will not refund the original shipping cost.
Returning product bundles
If you buy a product bundle or a gift from us, we can only accept returns if you return all of the items from your bundle. Unfortunately you cannot return just one item from a bundle for a partial refund. The bundles are sold as a full set and have to be returned, unused and in a saleable condition, as a full set.
If you have an issue with an item in your bundle, please contact us right away so we can help.
Damaged or Defective Goods
If the goods you receive are damaged or defective, please notify us by email within 5 working days of delivery at info@naydaya.com, quoting your original order number, with details of the problem. We are happy to offer an exchange or refund for damaged or defective goods.
Can I change my delivery addresses after I’ve placed an order?
Once you place an order, our warehouse works very quickly to get items prepared for delivery. That means that it may be too late to change your delivery address.
If you’ve made a mistake, please contact us immediately and we’ll try our absolute best to adjust the address for you.
If it is too late to amend the address, your order will be sent to the delivery address that you have provided on the order form – please do try to ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete, as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect/incomplete addresses
My product has arrived damaged, what do I do?
If the goods you receive are damaged or defective, please notify us by email at info@naydaya.com, quoting your original order number. Please send photos if you can, it helps us understand the problem. We will happily offer an exchange or a refund for damaged goods.
Can I cancel my order?
Generally speaking, we are unable to cancel orders after your transaction has been made. Please take extra care when ordering.
Once you place an order, our warehouse team promptly prepares your items for delivery. That means that it may be too late to cancel your order.
If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately and we’ll try our absolute best to cancel the order. If the goods have already been dispatched, and you still don’t want the order, you can return it to us in secure packaging at your own cost.
