This can happen if too much serum is applied at once. Use a smaller amount, and apply with gentle pressure. If build-up occurs, simply pop the roller off and clear the hole, then click it back into place, keeping your applicator gliding smoothly every time.

How do I clean the roller ball?

Use up the serum you dispense with every use, and if any remains on the roller ball, gently wipe it away. This works best when used daily, to prevent product build-up around the applicator, which is the routine we recommend for your skin, too.
