Can I use the Neck and Chest Shields at the same time?

Yes. Each shield is designed for its specific area, so you can wear both together, or alternate between them depending on your routine.

How do I clean the shields?

Simply rinse your shields with water, let them air dry, sticky-side up, and return to the Storage Sheets. There's no need to physically dry the shields.

What happens if the patches lift?

The silicone adhesive is designed to stick to your skin for several hours, but if you notice slight lifting, don't worry, you'll still get the benefit of the occlusion technology where the shield is in contact with your skin. Simply pat down the edges gently, but know that every body is unique and the shields will fit everyone slightly differently. We recommend using them when you're resting, and not moving around too much.

Is the Neck Wrinkle Shield suitable for sensitive skin?

The patch is designed to be skin-safe and hypoallergenic. As with any new skincare product, we recommend a patch test on a small area of skin first and waiting 24 hours before full use. If you experience redness, swelling or irritation, remove immediately and discontinue use.
