Price updates, product quality and progress in 2024 with NAYDAYA's Founder

Hi, Fiona here. I hope you're all having a beautiful start to 2024. I've got a bit of an update for you, so I've grabbed my 9th cup of tea of the day and I've got half an hour to discuss all (while my three boys are unnervingly quiet downstairs).

To all our wonderful customers, we’d like to share that we will be updating our prices on Monday, January 29th 2024. This has been a huge consideration for us, and we promise to continue producing the high-quality formulas your body deserves.

Over the years we have gained thousands of 5* reviews, beautiful press pieces, over 15 industry awards, and have landed in some powerhouse global retailers.

In order to keep investing in industry-leading product development, and to tackle rising supply chain costs, we occasionally need to make adjustments in our business.

If you currently have a NAYDAYA subscription that was created before 29th January 2024, this will stay the same for the foreseeable future. 🤍

Good skincare should be natural, vegan, cruelty-free as standard, because we shouldn’t have to compromise on our ethics to look and feel great. So, we go to great lengths to source natural, vegan ingredients that can work just as effectively (if not better) than other options out there.

The care and dedication we put into sourcing natural ingredients and creating body care in line with the latest innovations is second to none. It’s for this reason that our formulas work so effectively, and that you continue to be blown away by them.

Long delays can also be caused by custom checks or by international postal services, so our delivery times can only be used as a general guide.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

We hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase but if you have any issues, please let us know immediately, within 5 working days, by emailing us at info@naydaya.com so we can help to resolve any problems. Please include your order number on the email. Refunds will only be issued when goods are retuned to our warehouse, and within 14 days of your original order.

The goods must be returned to us unopened still intact, unused and in a re-sellable condition. Please note that if your delivery gets lost in the post and is not received by us, we will be unable to issue a refund - therefore it is best to return goods by recorded delivery and retain the recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage, so that you are able to track your delivery.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS

If the goods you receive are damaged or defective, please notify us by email within 5 working days of delivery at info@naydaya.com, quoting your original order number, with details of the problem. We are happy to offer an exchange or refund for damaged or defective goods.

If you change your mind about your purchase we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange, providing that you notify us by email at info@naydaya.com within 2 working days of delivery. Please include your order number on the email. We will then issue you with instructions on how to return your products. Please note that the original delivery charge will not be refunded and you will be liable for any postal costs incurred when returning the goods.

CANCELLATION

You may cancel by emailing us with your order number at info@naydaya.com, only if the goods have not already been dispatched. If the goods have already been dispatched, you must return it to us in secure packaging at your own cost. We will advise you of the returns process when you email us. Please note that if your delivery gets lost in the post and is not received by us, we will be unable to issue a refund - therefore it is best to return goods by recorded delivery and retain the recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage, so that you are able to track your delivery.

A refund of the original amount (minus the original delivery cost) will be made once it has been determined that the returned goods are unopened with tamper seals still intact, unused and in a re-sellable condition.

Cancellation by us

We reserve the right to cancel your order if there is insufficient stock to fulfil your order, if we do not deliver to your area or if an incorrect price was listed in error. Any cancellation will be notified by email and any payment made will be credited back as soon as possible.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
